Since Hey Ganz is (hopefully) something that you love using every single day you're at work to feel calm and effective, we chose a price of $1/workday for the daily value of the service.

No Free Forever Plans
HeyGanz doesn't have a free forever plan and doesn't plan to. Free plans create bad incentives that hurt our users.
Digital platforms that don't charge money, or don't charge enough, end up selling customer data or shutting down. Neither of those outcomes is acceptable to us.
When users pay a significant amount for HeyGanz, they are sending a strong signal that we've created something of significant value for them. This signal drives our development process. We build and improve HeyGanz for our paying customers, first and foremost.
On the other hand, users on a free forever plan can be the most fickle while getting the least value from the platform. Their requests can dilute the product, ultimately hurting the artists who use it the most.
No psychological trickery
HeyGanz is priced in whole numbers (USD).
We understand that more people might subscribe if we priced our learning platform at $19.99 instead of $20.00, but that's just deceitful psychological trickery. Just like our core mission, we're committed to creating a platform that respects and supports our users, rather than exploiting their psychological tendencies.
Priced for Sustainability, Not for Future Salvation
HeyGanz is priced so that we can be profitable and sustainable now. This is beneficial for us and even better for our learners who depend on the platform every day - count on us being around for a long time.
We've seen too many educational platforms fail because they focused on growing their free user base quickly without making money. We believe that building a business with the hopes of future salvation from venture capitalists or an acquisition creates bad incentives for us and results in a sub-par experience for our learners.
No fake sales
Hey Ganz is always worth the same amount. We don't do special deals for Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
We think our product provides the same value the whole year round and that customers should not be penalized (or rewarded) because of when they found out about Hey Ganz and decided to pay.
No lifetime deals
Hey Ganz charges a subscription instead of a one time fee because it keeps customers committed to our product and us committed to maintaining it.
If we sold Hey Ganz as a "lifetime deal", we'd have no incentive to improve our tutorials, or even make it very good. Our only incentive would be to convince people to buy it and move on. We only want to make our money from Artist who love using our platform to learn something everyday.
Cancellation should be easy
Hey Ganz lets you cancel without going through support or dozens of screens. When you cancel we'll only ask you why and then immediately provide a button to cancel your subscription.
Can I cancel? How does that work? Refunds?
You can cancel your subscription at any point. When you cancel, you can continue using Hey Ganz until the end of the billing cycle.
